I am compelled to share my experience with Workspaces as a cautionary tale. Despite persistent attempts to resolve an issue concerning an unauthorized membership, I have encountered a complete lack of responsiveness from the company. My numerous emails and phone calls seeking resolution have gone unanswered. To my dismay, it has come to my attention that my attempts to communicate have been blocked, leaving me unable to convey my concerns or seek assistance. This level of unresponsiveness is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on Workspaces’ commitment to customer satisfaction. I am left with no recourse and a growing sense of dissatisfaction. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering engagements with Workspaces. A business that ignores customer concerns and resorts to blocking communication is a cause for concern.
