Poor Coordination Between Office and Branch
There seems to be no communication between their central office/call center and the actual branch. Over the phone, I clearly mentioned that I could only commit to a one-month desk space, and they agreed. However, when I visited the branch in person, they asked for 3 month commitment. This resulted in a wasted trip and disrupted my schedule, especially since I had already informed them that I would enroll and start using the desk. I can’t help but wonder—if they can mishandle their own operations like this, how can they reliably support businesses that depend on their facilities?
